1. Eat a healthy breakfast daily?

2. Eat every 3-4 hours?

3. Do you eat 7-8 servings of fruit and vegetable?

4. Drink 64oz pure water daily?

5. Follow pre/post exercise nutrition

6. Learn about and consume good fats?

7. Follow 10% cheat method?

8. Plan ahead( eating schedule or menu, meal plan, grocery shop with list etc ).

9. Eat and drink clean ?

10. Sleep 7-8 hours ( no waking)?
