FOOD CHOICE CAN OVERRIDE YOUR POOR GENETICS TO IMPROVE FAT BURNING!


It is true that some have genetics to burn more fat. While this may be true,it now seems the dietary choices bypass bad genes. In a watershed investigation in the “American Journal of Clinical Nutrition “ found that higher quality food choice was able to weaken genetic predisposition. So nutrient dense foods ( lean protein,healthy fat,organic whole grain etc is the ticket each meal. Can’t blame your genes when your jeans feel a little tight 😎
