It’s not how long you exercise but how intense!

For the past 26 years in the fitness industry, the most common excuse is time! We all have 24 hours so if time is the issue then do tabata 8 sets 20s reps x 10s rest. This method is time rep oriented and you can do cardio,resistance or combine both. Body weight is best type because it can be done anywhere. Because you get what you put into your 20s rep, you will get a benefit based on what your able to do. So get off the couch ( don’t chain your self to a machine or go to multiple classes in one day) just use common sense and maybe seek professional advice!
