Lower BP Exercise!

According to Heidi Skolnik, an Exercise Physiologist at the Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery” One way to lower BP is isometric exercise that tenses muscle against gravity! The Wallsit is a perfect example. Find a wall then lean against it with head shoulders and back against the wall then lower until thighs are parallel to the floor hold for desired time frame !
