Sleep is not on our radar due to the fact that 35% of US adults do not get enough sleep. Some 50-70 million struggle from at least 1 sleep disorder. Over 30 million have some form insomnia ( Institute of Medicine 2016). 2020 worldwide sleep problems might put us on path of no return from chronic disease and current pandemic recovery worse than terrorism plus cause more deaths if not corrected! Poor Gut health feeds into poor sleep! Wake up!
