As a fitness pro, I try my best too get it and when I don’t, I try to press that reset button.

1. Go to bed and wake same time

2. Keep same sleep schedule all week!

3. Use hour before bed as prep quiet time

4. Avoid heavy meals before 🛌


Set this up as a 30 day goal to develop this crucial habit to change your life ! One day at time your worth! Right!
