What’s Your Visceral Fat. Level?

Visceral fat is found in your abdomen and surrounding your vital organs. It is different from the fat found directly underneath the skin (Subcutaneous fat), which everyone wants to remove in some way, shape or form. Visceral fat can and is going largely unnoticed because it’s not visible to the naked eye. Too much visceral fat is thought to be linked closely to increased fat levels in the blood stream, which may lead to conditions such as high cholesterol, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. So, yes external excessive body fat is not wanted but the internal fat should be your primary concern.

So how can you find out your level? Visit Blamelessbodyfitness.com for a free body scan.
