When you eat ! The missing piece to your fat fight!!!

Your body is like a watch from an internal viewpoint. Your internal clock called “ Circadian rhythm “ keeps your body operating on a schedule and helps your body adjust to environmental changes,sleep,and eating behaviors.

It’s clear that what you eat affects your body.

But when you eat could be key fat loss weapon your not using. Meal timing and snacking can affect:

*metabolic regulation *body-weight regulation

*obesity-related disease management

*sleep cycle


What time should I eat?

Research shows,” that trying delay that window can take multiple days before your body adapts. This may explain why splitting up meals into 5-6 can be an adjustment for someone going on a diet or making change in eating pattern.”

Regular meal times also play a long-term role in maintaining body weight because your body usually gets hungry every 3-5 hours, but it’s used to your regular schedule.
