In part 1, the goal was to remind you to exercise and that I have a solution in light of the current pandemic. I want you know how nutrition and exercise is the best medicine to turn too put a protective shield around your immune system๐Ÿค›๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Exercise helps immune system

1. Flushes bacteria from lungs and airways

2. Changes the activity of your white bloods cells and antibodies.

3. Slows down your bodies release of stress hormones.

4. Exercise makes your crave healthier foods

5. Of course healthy habits,as you know,help control body composition.

One type of exercise directly affects immune system: Rebounding uses forces of acceleration and deceleration to stimulate the immune system using up and down motion in the lymphatic system,which transports immune cells throughout your body. (Beat Just an example but needs to be customized to your ability and condition.

Do you want further evidence to protect yourself from the corona virus? One expert says you better start running. โ€œ Now more than ever people should be exercising.โ€ Said Dr. David Neiman a professor at Appalachian State University. โ€œ The effects of physical activity on the immune system are so important.โ€ Neiman studies how exercise impacts the immune system. โ€œ He said 30-60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity can actually release extra immune cellsโ€

One thing I teach is foods that weaken your immune system. Soda,processed foods ,high sugar foods and drinks,refined carbohydrates, and alcohol. Yes this a just a general list and thatโ€™s why I have cleints track food and drink specifically on weekends because eating patterns tend to be more lax !
