1. Consider splitting meal with someone or yourself, have 1/2 portion boxed up upon ordering meal fastfood or sit down.
2. Salad is always good but do a double take when ordering . Watch dressing and other extras like creamy dressing,bacon,cheese,croutons and fried toppings or shells.
3. Pray and take 5-10 deep breaths to squash eating out stress🙏🏻 😤
4. In a study published in the Journal of Consumer Research, dieters who said, “ I don’t eat that “ Instead of I can’t eat that” when faced with temptations were more successful at resisting unhealthy food or drink.
5. Study menu ahead of time to avoid rushing and remember unless your at a high class restaurant which serves actual portion size you may be eating a whole days calories in one meal. Do your homework
