Scheduling & Using Sessions




Hello everyone,

I just wanted to send a quick reminder regarding the policy for scheduling and using sessions. Remember the goal is to keep training consistent, intentional and fair for everyone, while still allowing reasonable flexibility in real life.

Monthly billing:

  • Sessions billed monthly in advance (except for those who pay cash)

Using your sessions:

  • Sessions are intended to be used within the billing month.

  • To allow for flexibility, unused sessions may rollover for 1 additional month.

  • Sessions beyond that will expire.

    Medical or travel holds:

  • For illness, surgery or extended travel, clients may a temporary hold for one month.

  • During a hold, billing is paused and no sessions will accrue.

  • Billing resumes automatically after hold period.


This structure helps maintain consistency, protects scheduling availability, and ensures sessions remain purposeful and effective, just as you would expect out a professional service.
